Is This the Wrong Hill?

The SOP requirement is simply an affirmation of existing duties lawyers already swear to uphold. I am shocked and dismayed at the backlash to this minimally intrusive requirement. Anyone who doubts the existence of systemic racism in the profession is being obtuse. Equality, diversity, and inclusion are necessary components of access to justice.‬
